What makes our accomodation so special is the fact that every room has been made thinking about a theme.
We have: music room, cinema room and books room.
In music room you will also find an assortment of CD, vynils and audiocassettes.
In cinema room there is a wide assortment of DVD and videotapes.
Books room has a background very intimate and cozy, where you can relax reading a book.
Every theme comes from our passions.
We are Eleonora and Tommy, we decided to have our accomodation to make tourists discover our city.
We are young, and we like to make the guests feel like home.
We would like that the guest feels the city in the same way as a inhabitant feels.
Sant'Avendrace is one of the most historical and ancient neighborhood of Cagliari.
One of the biggest intrest point is "grotta della vipera", unfortunately now isn't visitable.
The neighborhood has many services like supermarkets, chemist's and restaurants.
From here you can easily reach airport and downtown.
