Small comfortable and bright room, in the newly renovated first floor apartment, with private bathroom for the exclusive use of guests. The room features a French double bed (1.40x1.90), a desk, a wardrobe, air conditioning, heating and free Wi-Fi. From the bedroom door of the room leads to a large terrace, which will make the living room even more pleasant, equipped with deckchairs, table and garden chairs, enjoyable for breakfast and for moments of relaxation. The room is located in a private apartment of a building of the '60s in the heart of the Centocelle district. Being a Tourist Accommodation, according to Italian law, I cannot provide food. For breakfast I send my guests to the bar, where they will have a voucher of Euro 3 per day per person, included in the price. At the request of the guests it is possible to order breakfast directly in the room, coffee or cappuccino and brioche, and enjoy it on the terrace. - suitable for children but without extra beds - smoking is allowed on the terrace - tourist tax to be paid upon arrival of E6 per person per night
My district, even a few minutes walk offers typical restaurants, an excellent Chinese restaurant, pizzerias, bars, wine bars, McDonald's, Burger King, a shopping center, an excellent bakery/diner, pharmacies, supermarkets, hairdressers, shops for all the pockets and needs. Centocelle is characterized by the presence of streets with botanical themed names: via dei Castani, piazza dei Mirti, via delle Acacie, via dei Gelsi, Viale delle Gardenie, via dei Faggi... The name of the district derives from Centum cellae ('one hundred rooms'), a vast military citadel built by the emperor Constantine I in which the hundred best knights of the imperial guard lived and practiced. The apartment is 500 meters from the new C Mirti metro station. Today's network of connections is well structured and has maintained two tram lines, the 5 and the 19, which end in Piazza dei Gerani. The two lines connect the district with the city center via the Via Prenestina (19 connects it with San Pietro and 5 arrives to Termini station). Nearby there are parking lots both paid and guarded, which are free. Distances from the airports by car: Fiumicino 28 km, Ciampino 10 km.
