荷兰“地理位置非常好 ，就在地标SAN BIAGIO大教堂对面，古色古香的石头老房子。屋内装饰像家一样温馨，饰品和摆件都是房东精心准备的艺术品，墙上挂了艺术家的绘画系列作品，有南美魔幻的胖美女风格，为屋子增色许多。两间卧室和餐厅都有太阳光，在四月初感觉温暖而舒适。厨房和洗手间里，小物件应有尽有，比家里东西还齐全。小河马摆件，很好玩。门把手上有彩色的饰条，被我闺女编成了发辫。床和沙发都很舒适，电视频道非常多，摇椅很舒适。餐具也是成套的，专门制作的。总之，一切都是精心设计的艺术品。”

Alberto Charming home has been just renovated in 2016. Is a 110 sqm home next to the San Biagio Temple, offers a stunning view of the Church and of the Gardens. The home has a spacious Living area , a dining area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a new Kitchen. Alberto Charming home is a perfect spot to visit Montepulciano town with a 5 minutes walk. You can enjoy the view of San Biagio from your bedroom window or have a coffe with the view of the valley from the Kitchen. In Winter the House is fully heated with independent heating system & a full Air condition system for the summer time
