Restaurant The restaurant is one of the highlights of Agriturismo Vultaggio. Its cuisine has been recognized by major Italian food and wine guides since 2001. In the Gambero Rosso “Ristoranti d’Italia 2026” Guide, Agriturismo Vultaggio was selected as the Best Agriturismo in Sicily. Dishes are prepared using home-grown or carefully selected ingredients, with a strong focus on Slow Food Presidia and the estate’s own extra virgin olive oil. Wine Cellar The restaurant is supported by an impressive wine list featuring over 700 labels. Guests can visit the open-view wine cellar, fully renovated in 2024. The owners, Giuseppe and his wife Giovanna, are AIS-certified Sommeliers and personally curate the wine selection.
