The Agritourism is located in the center of a farm 60 hectares large, cultivated with corn, wheat and grass. We want to think that at the end of a working day or tired after visiting Venice, you can relax in the garden or walk among the tree-lined banks, surrounded by green grass and the yellow wheat.

Fondo Gioconda is a recently renovated Farm Stay, surrounded by nature and the countryside in the middle of a 60-hectare farm. The Quercia Apartment (75 sq m), the Pino Superior Room (27 sq m) and the Tiglio Room (17 sq m) are furnished in the delicate and natural colours of pine and fir wood, to guarantee you a relaxing stay, immersed in nature. The Venice Marco Polo Airport is 8 km (10 minutes by car) from our Farm stay. We are surrounded by countryside and the structure is not served by the public transport network (no bus – no tram – no uber), so to move around our area to reach Restaurants, Quarto d’Altino train station, Venice Historic Center, Marco Polo Airport, Treviso, the Jesolo beaches or other beautiful places you need a car. If you are travelling by plane, we suggest you rent a car at Marco Polo Airport in Venice or at Canova Airport in Treviso. If you are travelling by train, we recommend that you stop at the Mestre train station, rent a car and come to us. To reach Venice from our Farm stay is very easy. The Quarto d’Altino Train Station is about 3 km far from the Fondo Gioconda Farm Stay (5 minutes by car). At the Quarto d'Altino train station there is free public parking. Trains leave every 25 minutes for Venice Santa Lucia station in the historic center of Venice (by train is the easiest and most comfortable way to reach Venice).
