Easily accessible with always-clean roads, the comfortable ground-floor apartment features an exclusive terrace, and the parking area with a wall box is just a few meters from the windows—ideal for those who want to make the most of their time with little effort. The accommodation is fully furnished and functional, with independent heating, a ping-pong room, a laundry room, an outdoor park, and an exclusive garage 50 meters away in case of heavy snowfall. There is also the possibility to charge your car with an 11Kw Wall Box, available on request.
