Our villa has been recently refurbished and it is organised into two levels connected by a wooden staircase. The upstairs accommodation comprises of 1 master bedroom facing a private garden, a second bedroom with a skylight, and a bathroom with shower. The ground floor offers an open plan living room with fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher, a double sofa bed, and a front patio with an outdoor table and barbecue.

The Isola Piana is a great place to enjoy nature, sea, silence and relax. Here you will enjoy the proximity to beaches and cliffs and you can dive in the crystalline sea of Saint Peter's Island. The island has a residents only access with a shuttle boat from Portoscuso (~15min trip). The residence offers a cafe' and a small supermarket. You can also enjoy two residential pools (one for kids) with onsite life guard, two tennis courts and one football pitch. Daily connections to Carloforte (4 times/day) give you the opportunity to explore this little town with lots of restaurants, shops, bigger supermarkets, and night life.
