Welcome to our farm :)
We are a couple who has 7 grown up children and 4 grandchildren.
We have been farmers here for 35 years and love gardening, travelling and be around our loved ones.
We have been welcoming guests in our cabins for over 5 years and love to meet and chat to people from all over the world.

Our small cabins are located on a working farm close to the most popular tourist places in south of Iceland.
Guests have opportunity to meet and interact with our animals and there ar lot of hiking trails and activity around us.
Neighbourhood information
There are lot of things to see and do in our neighborhood and we will be happy to help you plan your trip. It is profitable to have base here when travelling around the south coast, all the major wonders of Icelandic nature is within 2 or 3 hours drive from here and lot of restaurants nearby. A lot of guests regret to book only one night in this area.
Places to see in the neighborhood. You can easily walk up your little mountain called Stora Dimon the view is very nice. Then we have a lot of places only 30 minutes away: Porsmork . Seljalandsfoss. Gljufrabui. Vatnsdalshellir. Nauthus waterfall with lot of hiking trails. Merkurker. Gluggafoss. Bleiksargljufur. Trollagja. Thrihyrningur. Tumastadir. Seljavallalaug. Skogafoss. Kvernugil. Vestmannaeyjar. Landeyjarfjara.
There are also lots of museums like the Lava center the Saga center and Skogar museum.
The closest grocery is Kronan in Hvolsvollur village
