Klettasel design luxury villa.
On the land Hof in Öræfi under the roots of Europes biggest Glacier Vatnajökull.
A unique villa that has attracted attention for its beautiful design and original architecture.
The house has a thatched roof so it fits in very well with the environment and the view from the windows and terrace is majestic. This villa has attracted some of Hollywoods biggest celebrities over the last few years.
The villa is 120 sqm, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and an attached 30 sqm guest room with a bathroom. In total the villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Included is bed linen, towels, flat screen TV , dining area, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer and lovely hot tub along with other amenities. The villa features free private parking and free WiFi. All floors are made of icelandic gabbro (sand from Breiðamerkursandur which was moved from there to Reykjavík and worked into tiles) and the same goes for the terrace flooring. All made from Icelandic natural stone.
