Please note that for security purpose all Indian guests are required to present a valid photo ID proof (Voter's ID, Driving License, Aadhar Card, Passport or any other ID with address approved by the Government of India) at the time of check-in, else the property has the right to deny admission. A Pan Card is not acceptable. Foreign guests are required to produce a valid passport and visa. Please note that at check-in, all guests must present a valid proof of identification and of on-going travel. Gala dinner charges included as applicable on Christmas (24th Dec 2023) & New Year’s Eve (31st Dec 2023).

Also, please do keep handy proof of corporate affiliations, if you have made a corporate booking.

Group policy: Booking of more than 5 rooms will apply different cancellation and guarantee policy. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking that has come for 5 or more rooms even with different names /confirmation numbers, from same source as the booking will be considered a group booking, with different rate and policies applicable.

-Mandatory Gala Dinner charges are applicable on 31st Dec which is payable directly at the hotel. Price per adult on 31st Dec is INR 2,500 All Inclusive and INR 1,250 All Inclusive per child (6 to 11 Yrs).

Extra Bed- INR 1,500 All Inclusive
