My property is not far from the hustle and bustle of the beaches , nightlife yet far away that you can catch silence sleep. its located in a peaceful colony . its a place of calm and serenity . Since its in a residential area , noise constraints are in place . The place is super suitable for families and groups looking for a budget stay with good amenitites . Workers live on site

i am an advocate by profession , i can pass on local suggestions if requested .

mall de goa located just 500m away , liquor store, take-away/dine in restaraunts , super-market, car rental , chemist-shop, hospital all are walking distance from the property.
