1. A link for payment would be sent requesting the payment in advance. Booking will not be confirmed until the payment is made.

2. All guests are required to produce their original passports at check-in.

3. Children under 18 are not allowed.

4. Maximum Number of people allowed in a group booking is 2 and will be strictly followed at the check-in. Please don't make 2 or more bookings to avoid the policy of Maximum 2 people in a group (Such bookings will be cancelled directly and not entertained). We strictly don't take group bookings.

5. No cancellation. No refunds.

6. Pickup / drop is chargeable and is subject to availability.

7. If guests are arriving late in the night, please inform the property in advance so that they can keep the bed ready.

8. Pets are not allowed.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
