Green chromide homestays welcomes you to be looked after and cared by our family (myself Sunaina and my in-laws. After spending almost 3 decades in a city and working with the major corporate sector, I moved to this little heaven far from the busy city life. It’s truly a magical place to live, work and stay in and this is my very personal experience. You will feel as though the time is running slow….. We love meeting new people, talking to them, learning about different cultures around the world and also showcasing the village life and culture. I love watching movies, making handmade jewelry, hanging around with my friends and traveling with my family.

This place is for people who would like to enjoy the peaceful Kerala's countryside life. Most of the area is surrounded by water. This island is formed by the confluence of the lake and river. It has narrow canals, lagoons, prawn and green chromide farms, backwaters, mangroves, unmanned islands, etc. Its a little village with simple and friendly people.
