Darjeeling Homestay Nyano Ghar is a cozy and comfortable home away from home. We are open to all guests and we provide homely family atmosphere. We provide warm hospitality as the local word in our name Nyano suggests.
We are a Homestay where as a family we welcome all families and guests as our own family. We provide a cozy, safe, clean and homely atmosphere for our guests.
Our home is located next to two schools- Loreto Convent and St.Teresa School. Above us is the Darjeeling District Magistrate office. We are five minutes walk from Darjeeling Motor stand (the final stop for taxies coming from NJP, Bagdogra airport, Siliguri, neighbouring Sikkim and Kalimpong), however a private taxi will bring you to our main gate. We are within walking radius from the Darjeeling Mall road, Keventers, Glenerys, Lloyd's Botanical Garden, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park and the nearest Tea Garden- Happy Valley Tea Garden. The locality has mostly residential homes with local families. We are less than five minutes walk from the center of town however, we are still away from the hubbub.
