Life is a rat’s race where everyone struggles to be better than the other in every way. Of all the possibilities we end up sacrificing our dreams and comfort to earn better, in order to make our lives better. Having realized that we do not want to follow that path, we started farming and found out that this helps us to live a contented life. Knowledge is worthless unless shared, and therefore we decided to share our experience & knowledge with who so ever possible. Our aim is to introduce the age old art of agriculture to the new blood. A healthy days work A satisfied tummy A good nights sleep ———who needs more The Blue Oasis farm offers an extravagance of things to explore, learn & teach your children. Nothing is taken as absolute. Trying new ideas has redefined our life and has us in constant exposure to nature . Sharing is caring and nothing can be more memorable, than the sharing of the knowledge. Nature has always taken care of us and now its our time to take care as not to disturb the fine balances in nature. Understanding these concepts and making other people realize this is our goal .

Nestled between the white beaches and the green forest covered hills of the Western Ghats, lies a place called “Blue Oasis Farm”, we call our home. The farm is tucked away in the middle of the forest, plantations and surrounded by flowing river on two sides. We mainly grow Areca, Coconut, Black Pepper and Cacao. Along the farm you can find numerous of Ayurvedic plants and Vegetables, indigenous trees, Timber and Fruits as well. Fragrant flowers, bright butterflies, chirping birds, a green canopy of shade and cool running water are just some of the many options to explore and enjoy. The secret of keeping a heart happy is first making the tongue happy. Cheerful banter and smiles emerge when the tongue taste’s something good. We have a variety of options to engage your taste buds. Farm fresh fruits will boost your dose of immunity and strength. These fruits, berries and vegetables are used to prepare our simple meals; which give you a chance to experience the local cuisine and tingle your taste buds with wild food. There are excellent opportunities to take your bike/ bicycle or car around for a leisure ride or an adventurous off road trip.

Blue Oasis is situated equi-distance from all the major tourist spots in and around Mangalore. River Phalguni flows through the farm and is a excellent spot for swimming, fishing or relaxing. An abandoned quarry nearby provides a refreshing trek with beautiful view. Trekking at Konaje Kallu (5km), Jamalabad Fort (30km), or Kudremukh national Park(60 km). Beaches like Someshwara, Ullal, Tannir Bavi, Panambur, Surathkal, Sashihitlu, Kaup, Malpe are an hour's drive from here. Places of Worship to visit include Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala Manjunatha Swamy Temple, Kukke Shree Subrahmanya Temple, Sri Durgaaparameshwari Temple Kateelu, Kadri Manjunatha Temple, Udupi Krishna Math, Sri Devi Annapoorneshwari temple Kodyakdka, Ullal Darga, St Aloysius Chapel, St Lawrence shrine Attur, etc The Famous Thousand pillar temple at Moodabidri with 24 other jain temples and gomateshwara statues at Karkala, Venur and Dharmasthala provide a glimpse of ancient art and architecture. Pilukala zoo, Planateriun, Heritage museum is nearby. Boating can be done at the farm or at Kadlakere Park or Pilikula Park or Watersports at Malpe Beach. The Ghat section is 2 hours drive to Chickmagalur, Coorg, Sakleshpur.
