Baruah Bhavan which is a relic of the past is a quaint Assamese styled mansion with an old world charm and is in existence for over a century with progressive re-constructions and renovations over the years. It is an Assamese dwelling and a heritage home of Guwahati which has been transformed into an ethnic styled modern guest house on the first floor. The guest house has six (6) luxurious suites with dressing rooms, air-conditioners, television sets and tiled bathrooms fitted with bathtubs and all other modern amenities.
