Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

In order to check in, an up-to-date vaccination certificate or a certificate of recovery must be presented at the reception desk upon check-in. Children under the age of 16 are required to present a negative COVID-19 test performed up to 72 hours before arrival at the hotel. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
