Our Tip: The most popular lunch venue amongst our staff is Jessica, a restaurant-bar along the shore, about three minutes' walk from the hotel.
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation.
Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
The apartment is cleaned before arrival, with fresh towels and bed linens provided as the number of registered guests.
Mid-stay cleaning is not included. Cleaning service or extra linens/towels can be requested in advance via WhatsApp for an extra fee.
