Rena's House was built in 1954 by David Zimand who dedicated it to his beloved wife Rena, as if to say "It was all thanks to you".
In 2016, the property and the apartments have been renovated and re-designed.

No elevator.The property is located in the hippest location in the heart of Tel Aviv's night life and vibrant art culture, 3 minuets walk from Florentine neighborhood with a really cool hipster community, 5 minuets walk from the charming streets of Neve Tzedek, 3 minuets walk from Rotschild Blvd., with nearby chef restaurants, trendy cafes, yoga studios, art galleries and only 12 minuets walk to the beach.
Main bus stations are close, bike hire stations within 200 Meters and only 15 minuets walk to the train station.
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation.
