Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
Please note that the pool is open from mid April until October. There is an additional cost to use the spa.
Due to the current situation in Israel, the hotel is working in an emergency format Some of the facilities might be closed for guests accordingly.
Please note that check-in on Shabbat and holidays is an hour and a half after departure on Shabbat or the holiday.
On Saturdays and holidays, check-in is only possible after 18:00.
