Within 10 min. walk of the Old City (both Jaffa and Damascus Gates), main tourist attractions, downtown Jerusalem (Main Post Office, Town Hall, restaurants, shops); extremely close to many bus lines (incl. the Arab buses that go to Ramallah, Bethlehem, Mt. of Olives etc.) as well as to the light rail. Almost every important place can be easily reached by foot. Absolutely no need to rent a car!

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers.
