Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

According to Covid-19 regulations, entrance to the hotel is allowed only upon presentation of a valid “Green Pass”. Guests not holding Green Passport Requirements: Minors under the age of 16, Air Crew, or foreign nationals staying in Israel in their line of duty must present a negative test result for a coronavirus test taken up to 48 hours before arriving to the hotel.
