Cookery Demonstrations and one to one classes can be organised with Resident Chef Billy. You can learn the skill of cooking (good basics) or brush up on existing skill. You can pick and choose various areas of cooking that would best suit you ranging from Home Baking and Bread Making, Starters and Soups, Fish / Meat or Vegetarian Cooking, Desserts, Entertaining and Easy Family Meals, This can be tailored to suit your individual needs and priced accordingly. This is a practical course and you can take with you recipes and step by step guidelines that you will be able to re-produce time and time again.
