For group bookings of 3 or more rooms, a 25% non-refundable deposit is due on the date of booking.

Full payment is due 2 weeks before the arrival date. If the booking is made within less than 2 weeks full payment must be made at the time of the booking.

(a) Cancellation of complete booking received up to 2 weeks prior to arrival is subject to 25% non-refundable charge.

(b) Cancellations of complete group received after 2 weeks prior to arrival date - full charge will apply.

Please advise the Hotel within 24 hours from receiving this message if you wish to proceed with above reservation and agreeing to the group policy terms and conditions explained above.
