A four bedroom bungalow, one en suite bathroom and one main bathroom with bath and seperate shower. There are 2 living rooms and utility room.The property is set in a 1 acre garden wit secure gate . A fully stocked kitchen with electric cooker , gas hob and microwave provided. There is a washing and drying facilities outside.
A rural location , 1 km from lifford town ,25km to Letterkenny and Derry.
