Group Bookings over 4 Rooms will be required to pay a 50% deposit 2 months prior to arrival, or at the time of booking if the arrival date is within 2 months of the booking being made. Should the guest wish to cancel their group booking (4 rooms or more), cancellations must be made 30 days in advance of the arrival date. In this instance, the 50% deposit will be refunded. Cancellation of group bookings (4 rooms or more) after the 30 day cancellation period are nonrefundable. The balance of the reservation costs for group bookings (4 rooms or more) must be paid 48 hours prior to the arrival date.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 23:00:00 and 08:00:00.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of € 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
