• 15% of total booking value will be required as a deposit. This will be due 4 weeks prior to arrival. Balance will be due on arrival.

• A separate damage deposit of €250 may also apply.

Photographic identification is required at the time of check-in to verify your identity. Only valid passport and driving licence will be accepted. The name on your photographic ID must match the name on both the credit/debit card used for the booking and the hotel reservation. Failure to provide matching identification may result in the cancellation of your reservation. In line with our privacy policy, this information will be stored securely for 14 days.

Hotel Killarney has added a lead booker policy - It is our policy that only the lead name on a booking can check-in to the room. Authorisation will be required from the lead booker if someone else will be checking the room in.
