I love to meet people from all over the world. When guests arrive at our doorstep it is lovely to greet them and have a chat and get to know them. My garden is very special to me, lots of colour and bloom surround the house. What really thrills me is when folk are satisified with the breakfast that I enjoy cooking for them and there is lots of variety and the comfort the house offers, having being recently renovated to a high standard. My hobbies would be cooking, gardening and sewing (when I get time, mainly in the winter!
Along with my husband we have a small farm attached to the B&B. We have Six children, all grown up now - all 6 married and 16 beautiful happy grandchildren!

Grey Gables Farmhouse is a B&B since 1970, it has old country house charm complemented by a small farm. set in a quiet rural country location, built in 1925, it was bought in 1968 by Janet's parents, as a young couple with a dream, to run a B&B. They opened the doors in 1970 to the first guests.
Janet and her husband bought it from her Father to continue the family run business in 2017.
So many people love the quiet country roads to walk, listen to the birdsong, watch cattle grazing in the fields nearby and get away from the busyness of life.
