Welcome to Coolcormack Stud B & B, here you can enjoy the experience of country living. This 200 year old farmhouse in a stable yard setting, with 70 acres where horses and cattle graze and hens forage. Relax in our orchard garden or enjoy the tranquility around the fire in our cosy sitting room. Your hosts John Joe and Margo will offer you a cead mile failte as they greet you on arrival. Your stay at Coolcormack Stud B&B will be an experience you will wish to repeat again and again.

Coolcormack Stud B&B is located in the sunny south east of Ireland, in the picturesque countryside, 4.5 km outside the beautiful coastal town of Dungarvan, Co.Waterford. Our home is 5km from the start of the Waterford Greenway. This newly renovated 200 year old farm house is at the heart of our equine stud farm. Each room is uniquely and tastefully decorated , with fresh flowers and crisp linen to make your stay here a real treat. A delicious breakfast using organic and local ingredients will give you just the start you need to explore all this region has to offer. This house enjoys spectacular views of the Brickey valley and is adjacent to West Waterford golf club, a mature 18 hole golf course. Coolcormack Stud B&B is an ideal base to explore the nearby Comeragh and Knockmealdown mountain ranges. The beautiful coastal village of Ardmore with its sandy beaches and 800 year old round tower is only kilometres away. The Blackwater valley and the spectacular Lismore castle are within easy driving or cycling distance. Helvic head and Clonea beach are idyllic spots for the casual stroller or brisker walker with breathtaking ocean views and sheltered swimming.

Dungarvan is known as home of the Waterford Greenway. This old railway line from Waterford City to Dungarvan is a 46km of off-road cycling and walking trail which travels through time and nature across eleven bridges, three viaducts and through the atmospheric tunnel all the way from the river to the sea. Dungarvan harbour is a mouth of the Colligan river a fabulous spot to enjoy a relaxing coffee and a real haven for local and visiting boaters. With its many nearby beaches this is an ideal area to enjoy a relaxing seaside break.
