Swim caps are needed to enter the pool and can be purchased in the leisure centre for EUR 3

Please note, all children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian.

Children under the age of 15 are not permitted in the bar after 9pm (10pm May-Sept).

Please note, due to health & safety reasons only the number of occupants booked are permitted in the hotel bedroom during your stay.

Gym, pool and Spa areas close 15 minutes prior to the closing times noted above and all members are asked to be mindful of the need to vacate the club’s changing rooms before closing time.

There is a frequent bus service into Galway city centre from just outside the hotel.

A valid credit card will be required on check in for all bookings, including pre-paid bookings and reservations being settled by Debit Card. We do not accept cash payments on reception desk. Guests are required to provide a photo ID and credit card for pre authorization at Check in. The credit card, Photo ID and booking name must all match. Please be advised also that we do not accept American Express Card. For bookings of 5 bedrooms or more or stays of 5 nights and more you will be required to pay a 50% deposit within 7 days of making your reservation and full payment is required 6 weeks in advance of arrival, this is non-refundable.

For bookings made during Galway Races, you will be contacted by hotel staff regarding deposit payment.

Kids club is not available during Galway Race Week.

Children over 13 years are charged adult rate for Breakfast. Family rooms cater for children under 13 years of age.
