It features 2 beautifully decorated bedrooms both with ensuites and walk in showers, a living area with a sofa and arm chairs and smart tv with cable network,a kitchen area with a breakfast counter and high stools. Kitchen is fitted out with an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, airfryer, nespresso coffee machine and kettle. Outside seating area at rear of house, free separate parking for guests.

So much to do in the area just to mention a few recommendations firstly Grange beach is a mere 2 minute walk which overlooks the saltee island, ideal for a long brisk walk when the tide is out. By foot 7 minutes gets you to the village of fethard on sea where you will find lots of amenities cafes, restaurants, pubs, chippers, takeaways, shops, salons and more. Explore all there is to offer with the beautiful beaches such as Carnivan and Baginbun and fethard fishing dock. A few must see places aprox 15 mins drive the historic Hook Lighthouse & cafe with tower tours and surrounding cliff walks to Slade. Tintern Abbey with its peaceful trailing walks and beautiful walled gardens. Abbey Par 3 Golf /crazy /footie. Duncannon Fort /Beach/Fishing dock and Ballyhack Castle and Car Ferry to county Waterford, half hour drive away is New Ross town a must see visit to the Dunbrody Ship, Wexford town and Rosslare Euro Port.
