The journey starts from Couchsurfing era in 2009.
Most of us grew up and met in Jakarta. We have traveled most continents, have both hosted and couchsurfed. By 2015, we decided to move to Yogyakarta in our late 20s, rent a house and decided to open one of the available rooms to airbnb to help us paying the bills, and the story just continues from there.
We may not physically live there anymore, as we have started another part of life called adulting. [grin].
However, you will have direct access to our whatsapp group whenever you needed our help to assist you during your stay, heck, you can as well ask for any help pre-arrival and post check out. Just find us via WA.
We hope you will love all the small details we have put into this house that we still call home.

Categorized as a heritage house by the government due to its history. The vintage floor says it all. Back in the 70s, this house used to be an ice cream factory. 9 December 2015, reopened as a home for travelers by bunch of happy Indonesian travelers. The location itself is very convenient, we are right in the city center. You can easily explore the city on foot or by rickshaw. Train station and bus stops are minutes away.
