Gili Air, one of the three Gili Islands located off the northwest coast of Lombok, Indonesia, is a picturesque and serene island that offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and laid-back charm. Known for its stunning beaches, vibrant marine life, and relaxed atmosphere, Gili Air is a popular destination for travelers seeking tranquility and adventure.
Getting Around Gili Air- The island has banned all motorised transport. Most guests rent bicycles or walk around the small island. There are also cidomos (horse & carts) available.
Gili Air is only a small island with a circumference less than 5km- meaning you can walk around the entire island in just over an hour (however- it is likely that you will make many stops along the way at the beautiful beaches, restaurants, shops & bars).
