In 2019, the Optimus Family Winery started making traditional champagnes and mainly reductive wines in Etyek. Today, we farm on 4 hectares, and 10,000 bottles go to the cellar every year. We like to experiment not only with different grape varieties, but also with procedures. In addition to traditional champagne and still wine, we make grape juice, sparkling wine, orange wine, pét-nat, and several batches are aged in barrels. Our wine bar is located in Újhegy, at the beginning of the Etyek gastrosétány, where our guests can sip refreshing drinks on our wonderful panoramic terrace, near the vines. Villa Chardonnay is located in the central part of Etyek, with a short walk you can reach the cellars in Öreghegy and the gastronomic promenade in Újhegy. Our guests can relax in spacious, newly renovated, air-conditioned rooms. A lounge and a well-equipped kitchen are available in the common areas, and there is also the possibility of grilling in the beautiful garden. Everything is provided so that both individual travelers and larger groups feel comfortable with us.
