Calm rural environment, where only birds and squirrels will disturb you, although we are only 20 minutes away ( by car) from the bustling city center, downtown attractions and party district. The place is also suitable for holding team building programs, conferences, family- and friend gatherings, birtday parties, bachelorette parties, children's group celebrations.. You can celebrate loudly until 10 p.m. Lakes, Spas, forest, restaurants, shops, markets are nearby. The apartment has 4 separate panoramic ensuite rooms - 2 rooms with king-size beds, 2 rooms with 2 single beds, each with wardrobes. Spacious, South facing, sunny, living room with dining tables, that can easily be pushed together to form a large table for board games or group meals; comfortable sofas, that can be opened into double beds; playground for children on request ( duplo, lego, plush toys, board games, cards, puzzles..) Full equipped kitchen, tee and coffee as a gift. Pantry with shelves and refrigerator. Freeser, washing- and dryer machine free service. Breakfast for extra charge. There are grill and fire pits. Large covered terrace with deckchairs, dining table, where it is pleasant to have coffee even in rainy weather...Under the terrace there is bicycle storage and scooters, waveboards, roller skates, foosball prepared for children. The windows face the Danube to the East, manicured gardens to the West and the street and the Danube to the South. You can park for free in front of the house, as the apartment is located on the perfectly separated and soundproofed top floor of a large two-apartment villa. Guests use the entire apartment. There is only one group of the guests in the apartment at the time, they do not meet strangers.

However, if the guests have any wishes or questions, they can ring the bell and I will be there to help immediately. The guests can arrive at any time after 16:00, even at night.

The apartment is located in the most beautiful garden city of Budapest, on the Danube banks of the ancient Romans, right by the river, just a hop away from excellent restaurants, breakfast bars, patisseires, fish grills.. 3 markets, 2 large shopping centres and several smaller grocery stores are five minutes away by car. The best thermal baths in the area -- 9 baths ( night bathing is very pleasant), 20 minutes from us. All of them have 36-39C- degree thermal water, officially declared as medicinal water. Spa with 6 types of pools, sauna park and children-world, 10 minutes. Next to us, on the beautifully landscaped dam goes the bike path to the city center and to Szentendre, Visegrad and the Danube Bend. In the park there are large playgrounds; sandy beachvolleyball court; basketball court; football field; fitness field with sports equipment; fireplaces with tables, benches, drinking water well; pedestrian street without car traffic. Free ice skating rink is 10 minutes away from us, in Óbuda Fő Tér, next to the Christmas market and Christmas stage.
