Located 100 metres from the Napfényfürdő Aquapolis Thermal Bath and 800 metres from Votive Church in Szeged. There is also an on-site restaurant and bar. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Each room is air conditioned and features a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with shower. Most of the rooms feature a private balcony. There is luggage storage space at the property. Private parking, based upon availability, is possible for a fee in the closed inner yard, while public parking in the street is also available. Szeged city centre and the National Theater are 700 metres from Maya Panzio-Rezidencia, while Pick Salami and Szeged Paprika Museum is 700 metres from the property, as well.
