The apartment is located on the first floor of a detached modern house in a quiet but still central part of Velence. It is totally new, opened in August 2021. Two double bed rooms with own private bathroom and shared balcony are awaiting the guests. Furthermore a cosy living room with Satellite TV and sofa bed - for a 5th. person - makes your stay convenient. A comfortable, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer and large dining table. - Washing machine on request available - Baby cot and high chair on request available - In case of a booking for only 1 - 2 persons, one bedroom and one bathroom will be closed - Railway station Velence is only 10 minutes by foot - The Boulevard of Velence (Korzó) within 15 minutes by foot - Local supermarket, Coop nearby, Spar, Aldi and Lidl within 10 minutes by car - Bike rental nearby - Velence Spa & Resort Thermal Bath only 10 minutes by foot.
Lake Velence is a popular holiday destination and awaits it´s guests with several sights and hiking possibilities . The lake is perfect for swimming and water sports. In the latest years more and more cycle path was built, making a nice bike tour around the lake or in the surrounding hills possible. By train Budapest, Székesfehérvár and also Lake Balaton can be easily reached from Velence.
