A spacious first floor flat with nice garden views and a balcony, There are 3 separate bedrooms with separate bathroom and toilet, with a bath and a shower. There are two single beds and a double, the living has a fold down bed if needed. The living room has a Tv with Netflix.

We are a couple of minutes walk from Calvaria hill, it has a small church and nice veiws from the hilltop. Straight down Fazekas utca takes you to Esterhazy Summer Palace and the old lake and Castle. A nice walk around the lake takes you to a number of bars and restaurants. The old town square is round the corner, with local shops and a pizza place.
