Only 70 m from the sea, with private heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna, our luxury 4 bedroom villa with 6 smart TV-s, 6 air conditions and a kitchen equiped with apsolutely everything that you might need, along with second double american fridge, will amaze you!
In extra storage you can find the washing maschine and dryer just for you.

We equipped our villa with everything that you might need and in all seasons of year.
And because we always want to enjoy and have fun, heated swimming pool, sauna, heated floor and warm jacuzzi rescue the days when the sea is colder.
It is also the perfect solution for autumn and spring! And in winter we enjoy skiing on Platak near Rijeka, only 1 hour drive with car from our villa!
Our completely renovated stone house Villa Summer dream is situated in little village Vantacici, near Malinska, but far away from the crowd and jam in the summer time. Only 1 minute of slow walk takes you to a numerous beaches where you can always find your place in pine shadow with kids, or in beach bar.
A little grocery shop and a restaurant are just across the street, so if you dont like driving you dont have to at all:)
You can get to Malinska walking or cycling along a beautyfull walking trail by the sea or you can use a little train that drives from Porat to Malinska during summer time and it stops by our villa also.
For guests with boats we can make a reservation for mooring in port of Porat ( 5 min. of walk ) where is also our sailing boat, and you can leave a trailor in courtyard of villa.
Villa is also perfect for winter time because the position is very protected from bura and all other winds and a climate is recommendable for persons with lung diseases.
Beautyfull mountain paths ( from easy to difficult) , walking trails, climbing areas and numerous cycling ( MTB, trekking or road ) trails all over the island can entertain you through the whole year
