Located only 400 metres from a pebbly beach in Zadar, Guesthouse Villa Maggie provides air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi access and a terrace in each unit. The historic Zadar Old Town, with its Roman Forum and St. Donatus' Church, is 1 km away. All units here come equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV. Some provide a fully equipped kitchenette and a seating area with a sofa. The private bathrooms are fitted with a shower and a hairdryer. There is an private garden at the property that can be enjoyed by the guests at Villa Maggie Guesthouse. This is a family business, so we are trying 100 % to give our guests a special welcome and all the support they will need during their stay. We are happy to provide our guests with all the information one needs when visiting for short or extended stay; where to go, what and where to eat, what to visit....

住宿信息

We renovated the old family Italian Villa at the heart of Zadar. The area that is known for new buildings and houses, in contrast we opened up a space that brought old charm to the neighborhood. We kept most of her original shape and beauty at her exterior and played with modern touches in her interior. The Villa contains of 6 beautiful and modern rooms, each styled differently. Each unit has its own furnished terrace that overlooks the beautiful mediterranean courtyard. We also offer a free secure parking at the site, which is very rare almost impossible for properties in this area at the very center of the town, and that's what makes us special and worth renting.

The area is known for the famous Kolovare beach. also we are in walking distance from the old town, main bus station and a few big shopping centers. So basically we are one of a kind property that is at very center of everything worth of visiting in Zadar.
