The property is 100% off-grid, powered by solar panels with a propane cook range and a propane on-demand water heater. There's an outdoor, covered wood-fired barbecue grill. Water is supplied by a rainwater catchment system piped throughout the property. Keep in mind, certain appliances such as hair dryers, irons, microwaves, and toasters can't be used.
