The holiday house is located in a small village in the municipality of Caroiba, in the hinterland of the Istrian peninsula. It is surrounded by green nature and is therefore an ideal place to relax. Outside, there is a private garden with a children's playground and a brick barbecue. Another new feature of the property is the swimming pool. There is an area equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The property also includes a private parking area for up to 3 cars. The house has been renovated and is on 2 separate floors only for you. Nice staircase leads to the entrance of the of first floor level. It has three bedrooms: one large with two double beds and two with one double bed each (bed size 160x190cm). The 2 kitchens are rustic and comfortably furnished. It has a dining table, a TV with satellite channels, a kitchen with a gas and electric cooker, an oven, a coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave and a refrigerator. On ground floor is one more bathroom which is equipped with a shower cubicle, big bedroom and kitchen , also with big terrace. The house is air-conditioned and offers free Wi fi. All house is private only for you.

We have 2 children , we love of travel, social responsibility and pure teamwork. We want the perfect vacation for you and we also love animals and meet new cultures, people and sports.

My neighborhood is very nice place. Our familiy lives in this area about forty years. Location is comfortable for us: park, store and restorant are available around. It is quite, nice, clean. My neighbors are friendly, talkative and kind. We have a good friendship. I found many different friends, we always help each other, if we need. Also we have a lot of children over there, and nice and new kids playground. I don't have any examples of disadvantages because I am absolutely happy and calm in around my neighborhood and neighbors.
