Sobe kod Baje is a property in ethno village Karanac, near Osijek and Nature Park Kopacki rit. In morning we serve domestic breakfast with homemade bread baked in clay bread oven. In the garden we grow our own vegetables that is being served for breakfast and in our restaurant Baranjska kuca, Karanac, which is located 10 minutes easy pace walking from the property. All guest have free entrance ticket to museum of traditional crafts "Street of forgotten times".

Ethno village Karanac is declared as a best rural destination in Croatia in 2015 and won second place in 2016. But perhaps it doesn't say much about the village itself. Karanac is settled below Banska Kosa, "Baranja's mountain" 259 meters high, the best place for vineyards since it has more than 2000 sun hours per year. You can enjoy many activities such as cycling, walking, jogging, wine cellar hopping, local food tasting etc… Many local people are included in tourism directly or indirectly and are very friendly to tourists. You can buy many local products from the local farmers, winemakers etc.
