After living in Germany for 30 years, I returned to Croatia in 2022 to take over my family’s rental business. Coming from a family with a long tradition in tourism, I am now the third generation dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality. I personally welcome and see off my guests, ensuring they have the best possible experience during their stay. Located directly by the sea, this spacious apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility. It includes private parking for two cars and a shaded area under the pine trees, ideal for relaxing outdoors. The apartment features three large bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and mosquito screens, ensuring a comfortable stay. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area provide a welcoming space for gathering, while the expansive balcony offers breathtaking views. While much of the apartment has been renovated, the two bathrooms are currently in their original state but are planned for renovation.

Right next to the apartment, you’ll find a charming seaside restaurant with a beautiful terrace, where you can enjoy a cocktail or a delicious meal without any hassle. The restaurant closes early in the evening, ensuring peaceful nights. Additionally, within a 200-meter radius, there are three more restaurants, a café, and an ice cream shop. A small local market in the center of the village provides all the essentials for meal preparation, and fresh fish can be purchased directly from local fishermen or at the village fish market. Martinscica also has a post office and, during the summer months, a tourist medical clinic. Nearby, a beautiful campsite offers another grocery store, a pizzeria, and a seaside restaurant. For those looking to explore more, the nearby village of Miholašćica has a great local restaurant called Mareta, and in the Zaglav settlement, there is another well-priced restaurant and market. The picturesque town of Cres, about 20 km away, offers additional shopping, pharmacies, souvenir stores, and local products like high-quality island olive oil, as well as a variety of restaurants and cafés. You can also take a trip to Mali Lošinj on the neighboring island, which provides even more shopping and entertainment options. Martinscica is an ideal destination for those who appreciate peace and crystal-clear waters. In recent years, more families have been drawn to this charming location, while outside of peak season, retirees enjoy the serenity and lack of crowds.
