Rafael apartments experienced a new beginning in 2024. The change of ownership brought about changes in the business and a gradual increase in the quality of accommodation. From the very beginning, we have been trying to be at the service of our guests whenever they need something! It is often quite a challenge, but we are here to make your vacation the best possible. Autumn 2025 brings new changes in the business and equipment of the units themselves. For the past year, we have been listening to our guests and their suggestions, and starting in September, we will be introducing certain changes. All we want is for the stay in our apartments to be the best possible and to find the right balance between offer and price. To make it easier for guests who are just arriving from a trip, we have decided to introduce innovations into our business that will make at least that first day less stressful. In addition to the usual towels, guests will also receive bottles of shampoo in each apartment, we will also increase the amount of hygiene supplies, and in the kitchen, each apartment will have basic spices that will be used to prepare your first meal. We have also decided to dedicate ourselves to your free time. We are currently furnishing the apartment with board games, playing cards and various coloring books for the youngest, all because we want you to feel comfortable, relaxed and appreciated by us. We appreciate all your feedback. It is always better to complain to the host and resolve the problem than to leave bitterly. The neighborhood where the house is located is close to all the amenities that may interest you in summer, but also in winter. While in summer there are beaches and restaurants within a 10-minute walk from the property, there are also beautiful promenades that enchant and soothe the soul with their tranquility and beauty in winter.
