Old Town Accommodation

My name is Petris and I live in Bol with my family. We love the sea, the sun, and taking walks with our pets. When you arrive, I will welcome you to our house, but Matea will be the one communicating with you before you come. We want to make your stay in Bol as comfortable and stress-free as possible. That's why we're available to help you with anything you need from the moment you arrive until you leave Croatia. As our guests, you have a 10% discount on boat excursions(Blue Cave), boat rentals, car rentals, scooter and bike rentals, kayaks, and SUPs. Our house is situated in an excellent location, just 2 minutes away from the nearest beach and a two-minute walk from the beautiful beaches near the Dominican monastery. It only takes a pleasant one-minute stroll by the sea to reach the center of our lovely town. We have one studio apartment and one room available for guests, and we hope to provide you with an amazing vacation experience. The apartment is comprised of a double bed, which can be converted into two single beds if needed, as well as an equipped kitchen that includes a stove and oven, refrigerator, and cooking utensils. There is also an outdoor seating area, air conditioning, an SAT-TV, and a bathroom with a shower. The room comes with a double bed, a wardrobe, an air conditioner, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a bathroom that has a shower and a washing machine. In front of the room, there is a charming shaded seating area. For those looking to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a beer and pizza in the afternoon, simply take two steps outside and you'll find an amazing shaded café bar called "Kala". Please note that since the house is located in the old part of Bol and near the center, parking in front of the house is not available. However, parking is available at Poljana, which is only a three-minute walk away. The cost of parking there is 7,00 euro for the whole day."

Situated in a calm neighborhood that offers a unique Mediterranean experience and provides everything needed from basic shops, through amazing local family-owned restaurants with local food up to the most famous world beach Zlatni rat. From this property, it takes 2 minute to the nearest beach, 1 to 2 minutes from the center and 10 seconds from the closest market.
