All the rooms are airconditioned with modern interior. Luxury rooms Pino is only 100 metres away from the beach Trstenik and 200 metres from the beach Firule. There is a trim track near the property adjusted for walking, running and riding a bicycle. Most famous beach Bacvice is 700 metres distant from the guesthouse. Diocletians palace is 1,2 km distant from the Luxury rooms Pino. Within the building is a caffe bar, and a few metres away is a restaurant Kadena where guests can have breakfast for the price of 10 euros. On the reception guests can have all the information about the trips to the nearest islands and national parks.

Luxury rooms Pino is situated in a very calm area called Zenta. Location is just 200 m from famous beach Trstenik which is good for swimming and relaxing. The beach has 5 km walking trail or trim road which is good for running and driving bike. 1.3 km is distance from center of Split ( old town ).
