At the same time they can deposit waste for compost in the fenced garden composting area located a few steps away. The fact that the wastewater from all units, including the apartment, is connected to a three-chamber biopurifier that purifies everything from the sewage pipes and toilets through three chambers and finally releases plain, purified water, also contributes to the ecological component of the house's functioning. At the same time, hot water is obtained through the solar system - the solar panels on the roof, and the whole house has one large tank connected to the solar panels. The house also has an energy-efficient facade that significantly contributes to energy savings through cooling and heating systems (level A of energy efficiency certificate).
