The house is located 4meter from the sandy beach in the village Jakišnica and can host 6 people. It is ideal for families with children because everything is within reach. Once you park in the shade of the fig tree, settle into the house, it's time to enjoy! There is no need to search for a place on the beach every day, carrying towels, sandwiches and inflatables for children, because you are already on the beach itself! You are so close to the sea, that you can carelessly sip your coffee or a glass of wine sitting on your terrace, while your little ones frolic in the sea! The terrace on the ground floor is great for pleasant socializing, and the upper terrace is for relaxing on the deckchairs. You can dine in a relaxed atmosphere and prepare a barbecue (small charcoal grill, easy to use). A kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. There is also a dining room inside the house, right next to the living room. 3 rooms are located on the first floor with comfortable double beds. An auxiliary cot is available free of charge, Every room has an air conditioner. The bathrooms were renovated in 2022. One is located on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. They have shower cabins and washing machine as well as hair dryer. Free private parking for 2 cars is located right next to the house. There is a grocery store,1 minute walk from the house. You have several restaurants with excellent local food and cafes. In nearby Novalja (14 km away) you have several shopping centers, a market, a fish market, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, a pharmacy and a tourist clinic. The nearby villages of Lun and Tovrnele (4 km away) are ideal for a peaceful walk through untouched nature to the very top of the island, from where there is a beautiful view of the nearby islands of Rab, Cres and Lošinj.
