This is charming and modern place with quick access to wonderful beaches and party areas. First floor apartment is situated in third row by the sea and very close to popular sandy Babe beach Bus stop to Zrće beach is in 5 minutes walking distance. . The position makes this place ideal for stay to both families and groups of friends. Brunchi Apartment is fully equipped and has a spacious sunny balcony to hang out. Wi-fi, air conditioning and parking are free of charge. Parking is secured in front of apartment and no reservation is needed. If you are coming with a big group of friends we can offer next door apartment in the same building that accommodates 5 more people and ground floor apartment for 4 in building next to this (subject to availability)

Apartment is situated in quiet residential area, third row by the sea and very close to nice sandy beach Babe. Bus stop to Zrce beach is in couple of minutes walking distance as well as first bars and restaurants on city walk to Novalja. City center is in 15 minutes walking distance.
